Having graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, I am a registered chiropractor with the General Chiropractic Council, member of the British Chiropractic Association and a Licentiate member of the Royal College of Chiropractors.

I have been working in a busy practice and I have recently moved back home to Barnstaple to continue to help people. I first had an interest in chiropractic after experiencing it myself following a sporting injury and wish to help people in the same way.

I have a passion for person-centred care and believe that each person should be involved with the decision-making in their own plan of care. Each plan of care is tailored to the individual, based on their goals. I enjoy helping people with pain management; including those with chronic pain. I love working with people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds; through education, rehabilitation and other chiropractic techniques.

Additional learning is something that I love to do regularly. I have completed extra courses including Care of the Pregnant Pelvis, RockTape Level 1, Upper Limb Extremity Adjusting and Chiropractic Care of the CrossFit Athlete.

In my spare time, I like to keep active: going for beach walks, sea swims and I am a member of a local CrossFit box.
